Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Ilusion's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
Ilusion provides a user interface for managing remote Linux servers. You are solely responsible for the actions performed on your servers through our platform. We are not liable for any data loss, server downtime, or configuration errors resulting from your use of the service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
In no event shall Ilusion, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
